Interactive commands: RUN, EDIT, LIST, NEW, LOAD, SAVE, FILES/DIR, KILL/DELETE, RENAME, COPY, MKDIR, RMDIR, CHDIR/CD, PWD, A:, B:, DRIVE, HELP. Immediate BASIC statements such as PRINT LOG(12) are also accepted.

The AX/BX/CX/DX etc. values are debugger pseudo-registers, not real PicoMite CPU registers. Rows stay in fixed positions while values change. BASIC variables keep their first-seen row positions.
